The images are to be used as a hero image on a web site, and will be customized to represent the current weather and time in the place they depict so I need all buildings and landmarks to be grouped in their own folder. For instance, all the windows in one building should be in one group with one style so it is easy to have all the lights in all windows turned off or on by changing their color.
The best contributor will be contacted for several more projects like this within short time, the thoroughness of the replication of buildings and level of detail that is put into into grouping objects together are valued the most.

Interior design for an office by bernyxso
We need a complete interior decorating for the following office and a complete list of furniture and appliances. All the furniture has to be from IKEA US. The remaining (appliances, wallpapers, or anything else) as long as it can be bought online the it is fine.
Here are a few guidelines:
- On the workstations / reception area, we need 2 workstations, one of them facing the entrance. We also need a small cabinet that can fit a 2x2 multifunction printer (we already have the printer)
- We are a real estate office and we are trying to give this office a modern/hipster/cool look. It also has to look professional.
- On the 2 private offices, we need comfortable space to sit 3 people (the main person facing 2 guests).
- The conference room needs to have a table big enough to fit 6 people, a 50'' TV mounted on the wall, and a minifridge with a coffee maker.
- The walls are not up yet but I have uploaded some pictures of the office so you can get an idea of the flooring it has and how the roof looks.
- Total budget cannot exceed US$3,500 (appliances not included).
- If you can provide a small render / image showing how it will look, even better.
