We need a very simply software that can calculate the fees for ebay and paypal.
Example:
We have a selling price of 100 usd
From this price the software must deduct:
1) 5% from 100 usd
2) 1,9% + 0,35 usd from 100 usd
3) it will remain 100 - 7,25 = 92,75 usd. From this amounth need to deduct another 3.5%
So for a product with a selling price of 100 usd we get 89,50 usd after all fees are paid.
It is important that we can change the values from point 1,2 and 3. Ex. 5% change to 9%. Some categories have different fees. (Prize: 20)

Design a Logo + 10 sec 3D Animation Intro for YouTube by GbyB
I'm looking for a logo (preferably black) combined with a 10 seconds animated version of the logo that can be used as an intro for YouTube videos. It will be used for fitness related business.
Requirements for the logo: V-shaped book with a barbell above it (attached is a picture of a rough outline of the idea for the logo). Design needs to be simple and clean, not too detailed. Include the name of the company underneath the logo, so that I can use the logo with and without the name of the company. The name is: 'gains by brains'. Feel free to use capital letters if you think that it fits the design better. If possible, please enclose the font so I can use it for other business related purposes.
