I need to define the requirements and criteria that I care to implement a SCADA system with multiple operator consoles in Master Terminal Unit.
For example:
How should treat priority if two operator consoles try to control the same device?
Can the system have more than one administrator console at the same time?
It can share a single communication channel 2 or more consoles to a same control device?, What are the risks?
Basically should be a document based on the experience or a set of reference documents with a specific focus in care will be taken to implement the solution.
I do not seek references about General Master Terminal Units but care when the operation is over distributed systems and more than one operating console.

I need a logo designed for our new website that can be presented in JPEG, AI and PSD along with any font files used.
The logo needs to have the theme of mobile phones and/or communication, as the name does not send this message that this is the nature of the business. The logo needs to be ideal to reach a Facebook generation user with a feel/message of "contract phones for everyone, as we NEVER SAY NO" as there are no credit checks on this mobile phone network. If you need an idea of what we do shebang.net is a site offering the same concept we wish to offer.
Please avoid the NO symbols commonly used in NO SMOKING signs and Red X's etc. The idea needs to be kept simple to make it easy to make T-shirts and other point of sale material. The app is in German and English language, but not all strings are translated.
