El Taco Mexican Loteria Game T Shirt by shirtbanc

We're looking to create a unique design in the theme of the classic Mexican card game "Loteria".
You can search "Loteria card game" on google to get a ton of perspective images. We want to create one named "Los Tacos" with the same look and feel. We've attached a couple of images for reference. The look for this particular style is more cartoonish than real life. We do not want the image of tacos we provided to be transferred over directly onto the card, but rather rendered to look like the other cards in the card game. We attached the "El Borracho" Image just for reference on the various cards. We'd like the design with the blue background of the "Card Example 1" attachment and with the number 55 on the top right corner. At the bottom the words should read "Los Tacos" without quotation marks.
