We are doing a video series that is about clothes, style and body image.
We need a short (3-8 seconds) opener.
It should include a women, and a mirror.
probably face and shoulders and not a whole body.
The women takes the mirror, looks at her image (maybe hesitates) and the loves her image in the mirror, (maybe there is a kiss).
I think it should be illustrated by hand.
But I am open to other suggestions and ideas.
It needs to be elegant and not cheap looking.

I am trying to design a piece of jewelry. The Jewelry is a TROPHY for winning a large event but I it could be symbolic with no writing or it can have writing. The event is the "NLO" or "No Limit Open" in case you want to use letters BUT you don't have to. Most important symbol is a spade. Then I am thinking an infinity symbol. The Words NO LIMIT or the letter NLO would be nice if you can get them involved and still make the product look elegant or cool enough to wear. IT might be better with no letters and just symbols. The artist must decideThe infinity symbol could stand for No Limit. My logo is the center of the flyer. I am not sure if I want to go with something large like the WSOP Bracelet or something more suttle like a simple diamond spade which is in one of the photos. I included many necklaces with a heart and inifinity symbol. I am REALLY looking for a SPADE from poker. These pictures are for ideas but I want a SPADE and maybe an infinity sign. Artwork for album cover - Six Feet Over by EricHermanMusic
Hi there. I'm looking for some original album cover artwork. The title of the album is "Six Feet Over," and it's a singer-songwriter, rock, folk, alternative type of sound, with songs about addiction and recovery.
The image I had in mind is someone in a hammock between two trees, playing guitar... roughly six feet above ground, in a cemetery with gravestones around. (i.e., six feet over instead of "six feet under.")
The style I'm looking for is somewhat unclear... sorry if I'm a little vague here... maybe shadowy or in silhouette, or sort of a wet watercolor blend... a bit expressionist or cubist, perhaps... or maybe not... I'm not exactly sure, really, which is why I'm offering it up here, to see what you might come up with. I want it to be clear enough to be understood what it is and what the scene is supposed to be depicting, but also a little bit artsy and not super well defined, if that makes sense.
I suppose the person depicted in the picture should probably look vaguely like me, inasmuch as he can be seen (as described above, I don't necessarily want too much detail). I uploaded a picture of me with a guitar that could be a vague reference, though I'd rather be in some different clothes... just blue jeans and a black shirt or something.

All of the other projects and contests I've done here have been related to my kids/family music act (Eric Herman). This project is NOT for that. It is quite the opposite... serious songs about death and drug addiction and so forth. So uh yeah, not meant for children. If you've done work for me or submitted entries to a contest for me before, please know that this time I am not looking for something cartoony or kid-friendly. That being said, this shouldn't be dreary and depressing. Ultimately, it is hopeful and positive, so I think it does need some color and shouldn't be too dark or bleak.

I will give a rating to every entry, and try to give constructive feedback to most entries. As a general guideline, if I give 1 or 2 stars, something major is lacking, or it's not really going to have a chance as is, or just isn't something I'm feeling a good connection to. 3 or 4 stars means I will consider it, and those will probably get more feedback, as I feel they will have more of a chance. If I give you a 1 or 2, please don't take offense, and please submit something different if you like. I do not give any 5 star ratings until the winner is chosen.
I will definitely let this run the whole 9 days before choosing a winner. I wish I could offer more money for the prize, as I know you might be putting in some good time and effort here. But this is a side project that I'm not doing a lot of promotion for, so I just can't offer more than that. But I will greatly appreciate any serious entries, and hope that you enjoy the challenge and opportunity.
I might suggest first submitting a rough sketch of your idea and style, before doing it more polished for a final entry. That way I can better guide you as to whether that idea is worth following up on or not, or how to best depict it so it has a better chance to be considered.
Also, though I described the idea I had above with the hammock and the cemetery and such, if you have another idea that you think might work to depict "Six Feet Over," I am totally open to that. It might have to be something really cool and interesting in order to sway me from my other idea, but if it is really cool and interesting, then I'll definitely want to see it and consider it.
There's a chance that if you don't win, but I really liked your entry, I might offer something to use it on the inside of the CD cover, or on the CD itself, or something. I can't guarantee that. It depends. But I have done that before with some contests here, so it's a possibility.
