Looking for good new (unique) ideas for a new casual Australian cafe/restaurant group (about 3-4 venues).
We've gotten idea from local designers, most of which aren't good enough (not special enough).
We are a casual cafe or restaurant enviroment. We have a "deli" type background that offers cafe/restaurant, but we want to move away from our deli roots and focus upon being more of a restaurant.
We cater to the more classy, high end customer in the casual daytime markets. Breakfasts, brunch, lunch crowd. So classy and classic is better suited for us.
