The only ideas we would like to keep are the affiliation with the 'Pear' as the word Pereira (my surname) actually translates to Pear Tree, and after looking in to it the symbolism of the pear / pear tree also aligns well with the brand we want to portray.
I have put a logo design below that i played around with that could be used as a concept to develop or disregarded all together, you have complete design freedom.
(I also like the idea of playing with the Apple logo)
Main thing is to keep it simple.
