including the subtext underneath. I would like the logo to be transparent and white as the background colour scheme may change and have some kind of icon to the left of it - maybe law scales or similar - this is a child custody/lawyer type website, so a simple icon to suit...

Brochure cover only by gfox
We need a design for a front cover only for one of our clients. We are a design company and want other designs to go with our presentation to the client. All we need is the front cover at the moment and this might lead to the inside 8 pages at a later date.
The cover will show that the brochure is for a translations business, which includes patents, searches and filings.
The size of the cover is A-4 and the corporate colour is pantone 300 blue, it can be darker if you feel the design needs it. We want the cover to be striking and the client has seen an image that he quite liked, but it is only for reference as it shows languages on the perspex bit outside the globe, he liked that type of feel, Maybe you could come up with something abstract, to show languages with something to make a striking image. The cover needs to be classy and it has to identify with the end user someone who is looking to have patent translations done or patent searches. Try and avoid magnifying glasses. Also not to over complicated and has to have a modern look to it, but not futuristic.
The text would be Patent Support Services and then below Translations ⢠Filing ⢠Searches.
All we are after is the front cover design, something classy to reflect the above brief. For the logo just use Translations Co as text for now, we will drop this in on the final job.
For the languages on the design, you could make them up for now. These would be English, French, German and Chinese.
If you have any other ideas away from our brief, then feel free to submit them, as long as it is a striking front cover. Not after full artwork, just the design idea/concepts for now.
I have loaded a pdf and a jpeg of the same image that the client liked. Remember not to copy it, Please use it as a reference only, he liked the fact that different languages were used on the image to show that they translate things. The cost I have set is for the cover only, which is all we need at the moment.
you do not have to use a globe on this job, the picture is only to show how language and a picture is used, maybe try something different? The picture is only to give a spark of an idea. But it's up to you for design.

Looking for a funky design for front window of my new dental surgery. The business name will be "Bytes of Byron Dental"
It will be a Eco dentist and completely paperless and digital. Environmentally friendly and no nasty chemicals to be used for cleaning and hygiene. Steam is used.
Prime colour Lime green, white black or silver. Subtle waves could be incorporated in the design. Byron bay is a beach town that is environmentally conscious and aware people. The surgery will be targeting children so something fun and exciting. It will also treat adults and provide general dentistry and specialist services like periodontics, orthodontics and endodontics.
