I need to have a logo developed for a company named \"Solidarity Run\". The tagline will be - Who Do You Run For?
Solidarity Run is a company that will allow runners to show their solidarity for a specific cause that is important to them, whether an individual (perhaps someone with cancer), or a group (a charity), or because of an event that touched them (ie The Boston Marathon Bombings).
I do not want to specify what the logo should look like because I want to see your creativity, but I am looking for something with symbolism that focuses on the keywords:

Design prototype for game app by CEOGerald
I am looking to bring to life an app I created called Elements of Destruction, a card based strategy app for all mobile devices. I have already created design sketches for the app which are hand drawn and done with Microsoft word, which I will be uploading so you can see what it is that I wish to design. I am also including ideas for how I wish the the app to be designed, in terms of background and layout. Creativity is allowed here, so you can step outside of the parameters I have set to create something great looking :)
So this is a contest to design a prototype for a killer game app!
Skills and a lot of experience with Photoshop is a must!
I have included a document that shows the sketches for the app, and card design examples I created with Microsoft Word.
Examples to draw experience and ideas from when designing:
Look up Yu-gi-oh and pokemon cards :D
You do not necessarily have to write any code or make it functional, but I expect to see a great design, and all necessary pages created!

Find the squares! by willwade
System requirements:
This will be eventually turned into a web based app with an upload image and other inputs provided by a form. This isn't required by the task but it should be taken into account as to requirements. i.e. it should be a line command script at this stage.
Psuedocode:
- Detect squares from image (e.g. Grid2.png - 6x4)
- Create a SVG path from squares. Curvature of squares can be modified by the user. As well as line thickness & colour. Default: 0.01mm black.
- Output final svg to exact size. To do this may require the physical outer size of the screenshot, and DPI of the screen. Maybe not both. (i.e. DPI, WinWidth (mm), WinHeight (mm))

WinWidth: 198mm
WinHeight: 148mm
DPI: 132
Optional Inputs:
Curvature of squares: 4, 5, 6 etc.. (just a value of more curvature)
line thickness: 0.01mm (default)
line colour: black (default)

NB: This example is purposefully chosen as it may be too difficult to detect the edges of cells in the black areas. If they cannot be detected then that will be a compromise. The main body part is the most important.

Cartoon Image - by buffburgh
I need a cartoony/animated looking scene. I drew what it should look like. My drawing skills are no good, but at least it will help. I wrote notes on the image too. It is for a food ordering kiosk that will print to the cook so he can make the food. The characters should look something sort of like the cartoon characters I attached.
