there is to create an existing logo (see attachment) in Christmas design. It will be used in MS Word documents, MS Outlook and presentations in different formats (*.png, *.jpg, *.pdf, *ai, *eps.). We need the logo on different background colors (white/black).
It is planned, within 1-2 days after start of the contest to select the winner due to limited time we have.

Design a Banner for a Syrian food website by womanfrommars
Hello freelanacers,
I am creating a website that focuses on traditional Syrian food. I need a banner for the website that will act as the business's visual calling card (it will be used in some shape or form in other media. It should 1230x1230 , DPi 300, format PSD with layers. the design should be easy to crop to be used as a Facebook cover image or on flyers and business cards.
Attached is an artwork that i would like you to use as an inspiration. The result should be a homage not a copy as I do not wish to violate the copyrights of the artist. Still some elements need to be included:
1. Similar color scheme (happy vibrant colors please).
2. Spinning dervish at the heart of the design (image from wikimedia included- shard under creative commons. please use it)
3. STYLIZED rendering of Syrian dishes ( sample pictures added, avoid shawarma and kebab please).
4. Name of website (Dervish Kitchen). I want the initials to be based on Arabic letters and i have enclosed the concept and original calligraphy piece I used for inspiration. Clean it up and add a font that you see works with the overall image.
5. decorative elements from traditional embroidery ( samples attached). Must be incorporated into background.
6. Arabic calligraphy element could be added (sample included).
BTW, I am an art grad so i know what i want exactly, but need an inspired concept not a design by numbers!

Design a Simple Logo for a restaurant by sushidomo
I plan to open a Korean/Japanese Restaurant soon.
The restaurant will be called Grill Town-Korean bbq& sushi.
It will be a modern industrial style restaurant.
I want a logo that is simple but unique. Something that is modern, clean but eye-catching (Please, nothing like frying pan, sushi, grilled food). Perhaps a simple symbol with the restaurant would be nice.
As for the color, I do not want something that uses more than four different colors. I would like orange to be in the logo, but I am open to other colors.
I would appreciate brief explanation of your design, especially for the ones with symbols that are not so obvious. (ie. if you design a symbol, explain why you chose the symbol).

I need some Graphic Design for Monitor Panel Layout Updates by bmilovich
My company is looking to change the face plate on monitor panels we manufacture. The hardware that operates these monitor panels is not changing; what that means is that any lights/buttons/switch location, cannot change. These current panels are dated and we're looking to 'modernize' the look of these units.
I've put a solid budget behind this as I'm looking to get the designs for each type (there are four panels altogether). My goal is for these to have a semi consistent theme through, not a perquisite. I will add a company logo to my uploads; while it's not mandatory, it's uploaded for use (colors #000000 and #EC2024). These monitor panels will control devices in RV's and Trailers.
