The App will be able to connect with all the Heart rate monitors that use Bluetooth 4.0
It will connect to a server via wifi (it will work on a local server with My SQL database, for the development of the iOs app we have an online version of the server)
The first screen of the App shows an empty field to fill with a specific personal code (this code is in the database together with the user data, user name and anthropometric datas - these datas will be entered directly on the local database web interface (already developed).
Once filled the field with this personal code, the App ( connected via wifi to the local router ) is authorized to log in as a specific user and downloads the following data from the database: (1) Name of the user - (2) FCmax (numeric value of maximum heart rate). The set up will continue by clicking on a button "find your heart rate monitor", now the App searches for bluetooth devices and allow user to select it.
The App opens the main screen and is now ready to work, it displays the name of the user, the current heart rate and the percentage of maximum effort calculated as following: (100 * currentheartrate) / Fcmax - this value has to be displayed followed by a "%" symbol.
The main screen will have to contain also infos about local time (Hours Mins) and the duration time of the current session (elapsed time).
The App sends to the server the datas about current heart rate took from bluetooth device (about every second - depending on Heart rate monitor specs)
In the main screen there is a button that stops the process and records al this datas (as a back up) and send them to the server.
The app works will works only in landscape mode (portrait is not necessary but welcome)

Welcome Booklet and Crowdfunding template by myfirstbackpack
We are a travel startup preparing to launch and need a Welcome Booklet to include with each customer order. We'd like this to be in the form of a 'Traveller Passport' which will be passport sized, containing information about our company, some travel tips and other useful information.

Create a cardboard counter top display by bsoro
I'm after a smart, eye-catching cardboard counter top display for mini boxing gloves. The gloves are about 10cm in length and 5cm in width and are wrapped in plastic. They cannot be hung unless I then redesign a new packaging theme for them (more cost for me) so I prefer to have something that can utilise their current packaging.
The size of the display - I prefer something that I can put on a counter so I'm open to ideas.
I have attached some examples of counter displays I'm talking about but I'm after something unique, themed and suited to this product. I have also attached an example of the mini boxing gloves, in it's wrapped state. I want to advertise them as country flag designs (list below). So I'm hoping this helps you with design ideas. I also do custom designs so I would like something that would suite that message. I'd like to be able to put a little summary of what is offered on the display also.

Taking influence from some of the worlds greatest car manufacturers i am looking to release a range of mens watches that pay homage to modern exotic car design.
My brief is as following. I am looking to use the same style of watch in order to keep manufacturing costs low but am looking at creating 3 unique looks by the different use of colour and stitching. I have attached a pdf of the 3 styles of luxury car i am hoping to emulate. I am hoping to achieve a classy, luxury modern style style of watch. Expectations would be for a larger watch face that may work with a stainless steel band if the need arises however still encompasses a uniquely styled leather/silicone style band.

java sample code - remote testing challenge by afterhourstech
I need you to create me some Java sample code implementing the RETS GetObject Transaction as shown in Sample in Page 5 of the attached PDF. There is a complication which is, we only have one User ID and it is our production ID which would take down our whole business if it is accidentally misused, therefore I cannot give you the User ID and Password to test. You need to give me a compiled Java program which takes userid and password on the command-line for me to test. I have set this up as a contest so the first contestant to get it working, wins. During the public phase of the contest you can send me a link to a binary (compiled jar file). I will run your code and will send you back the log file for you to debug. After you are selected as the winner, then you must give me the Java source code. The goal of the sample code is to download the MLS image. The MLS Number should also be an input parameter otherwise I cannot test.
The only criteria to win this contest, is to have the first working solution. If someone else submits a working solution after you, they do not win. (Prize: 50)
