Each page must contain these three notification areas:
1) Messages (messages to and from realtor)
2) History (shows previously viewed, saved properties as well as searches)
3) Account (brings them to their own profile page)
It should be flat design with a metro ui feel.
Needs to be able to fit a logo from different realtors as well as have some colors changeable.. if you look at my mockup in "IDXmainstudyyellow.png" and "IDXmainstudyblue.png" you can see the slight differences.

Welcome,
I'm running a little family business and we are looking to create a website. Here you can read some thing concerning that project, I'm not a web programmer so if something is written in the wrong way please ask. The attached files should help you to get a first impression about the size of the website.

Here we like to have a few fruits floating in the main frame and with a information buble, the buble is blured like disfocused and when you go on with tthe mouse the blur goes away and you can read the text.
(fotos of fruits will be providen in folder, Fotos>fruits) (fruits are Fikus Indica, Banana, Mango, Papaya, Fig, red and green pepperoni, chilli, koriander leaves, honey, milk as splash, oil with/like aceituna..) For an example use other fruit fotos, fotos will be providen later when project is awarded.

The 6 Languages should be changeable on the site directly without reloading the whole site, If its possible to put each language in a subdomain? Example eng.domain.com, spa.domain.com?
Website must be fit to World Wide Web Consortium standards. (not the flash but the main part) and be made in a clean and nice Html code with CSS.
Website must to fit to Google Analytics and readable to search machines. (don't try to cheat google search rules) of course flash film will not be available for search engine.
Website must be set-up o or server, dreamhost.com for standard website we have most of the service offered by dreamhost host, including shell acces wich I believe you don´t need.
Don't upload website with bad compressed picture all picture are shoot in RAW and upload as high-res jpg.
We will not hire any freelancer, because of the Time-Zone difference from Asia, we only want to work with freelancer from the European and American continent.

The Fall Down Iconic Logo graphic design contest by ronulrich
We want an simple, iconic unique and colorful logo design based on the OWL that can be used on letterhead, business cards, stickers and our web site etc. It shoyuld be designed so that it can scale from small to large and appear clearly in print and online.

The logo should at minimum Incorporate the owl...Design ould also have leaves and jacko lantern(s)
The design colors should include colors that evoke "Autumn leaf colors" .. red, brown, yellow, orange greens
The logo can include the text "Fall Down" or not (See samples we like)
The owl can be standing or flying. It's wings can be in any position. It can be seen from the front or from behind
With that said, we prefer Symmetry/Symmetrical designs and images We like mandalas so a mandala design with the owl at the center is a possibility

I am creating a website called 1updeals.com - so the "1up" is a video game reference and I want the logo to incorporate a "1up mushroom" (google search it if you are not familiar with what I am talking about).
I want something that can easily be scaled, so a small "1up mushroom" design that could be shown with or without the text for "1UP Deals". I am not sure what the best design will look like in terms of capital or lowercase on the words "1UP Deals", so feel free to display it in a way that you think looks good and if I like your main design then we can always tweak the text.
I do not want an "old school" blocky-style (8-bit) mushroom... I am expecting it to be relatively simple and of course it must be original artwork and cannot be an image taken from Super Mario Bros (where the green "1up mushroom" was originally used). Design a Logo for GivingAct by JCMarketing
This is a logo contest for a website that has not yet launched, GivingAct.com
The website will be a "crowd-sourcing fundraiser" type site, similar to what GoFundMe and KickStarter do.
With that in mind, please try to come up with a design that would send the message the website is dedicated to fundraising, giving or helping each other out.
The colors scheme I have in mind are blue & white, though I am open to green and white, or a combination of all three as well. The name GivingAct should appear in the logo with some sort of symbolism to reflect the nature of the website which again is giving, fundraising, donating etc..
