looking to make a websiste,
where employers post jobs ($ fee associated with it)
and people can apply for those jobs with their resume, cover letter
but also they can upload a video and tell the employer why they should be hired.
employer needs to be able to see from the portal
all the people that have applied for the jobs and view their resumes. videos etc etc
job seekers need to have access to a portal where they can upload their video , resume , cover letter when they log in they can quickly apply for jobs without having to upload videos and resumes again.
