Hi - I have these renderings, but I would like to make changes to them. I need them to look better. But, the only things I can change are the wall accent color, the carpet, the wood colors on the furniture and possibly the bed cover piece. The rest of the items are staying in the room and can't be changed. There is also a lighted mirror on the wall, but the rendering doesn't look realistic. I would like that to look better and the silver on the artwork frames to look a little shinier.

Hi ,
So the competition is for a freelancer to create an image in Photoshop or illustrator from the example image attached (img-6059.jpg) that will need to be in separate layers. And will be exported in PNG layers after. So everything from the windows, door , roof , driveway, pavement etc. The structure should end up looking like the attached 'Capturehusefront.PNG' with the flat grey walls and roof etc but structurally design of the house should end up looking like 'img-6059.jpg' .
The winner of the competition will get the opportunity to have more work with me on the remainder of the project which we can discuss for the payment side of things. And that will include the back , another house and each texture layer.

I need to build a garage with addition for art/design studio.
The size of the garage will be 24'x26' by 10 ft high and the studio 15x13 by 12-14ft high.
Garage specs:
1) Block walls 3 sides about 7' high and 30" glass along one side, prefer the long one. Front roll up door with aluminum/glass, Flat or slightly angle roof about 10" on one side.
Studio Specs:
1) The studio want to have a lot of light, the two sides want definitely to have glass window and glass door. I would like to have 4' block at the bottom of the wall on the glass wall and to continue with 8' glass window to the top. The other side to be higher of the garage and to be 14' high so to have about 2ft angle of the roof. The glass door want to be 4ft wide or even could be sliding door on the 13' wall which will be the entrance. I want this to be well isolated for cooling and heating. Michigan has cold winters.
