Design a Logo for Atlantic Wedding Showcase by greg2013
Atlantic Wedding showcase is a company that produces 3 bridal shows a year in Atlantic Canada. The shows are called " Grand Bridal Show" , "Bridal Show Plus"&"The Island Wedding Show".
Currently the company has 4 different logos, 1 for each show and 1 for the company. The goal is to combine all of these into a single logo template that has the Primary Text as " Atlantic Wedding Showcase" and has the name of the actual show as the subscript on the right.
For example the attached file sea-sub-logos.png has sub versions of the main logo below whereas we would want them to be on the right so that there is almost equal focus on the sub text.
wedding.png is their current logo and Jan 2014 poster1.jpg has the rest of 3 show logos in the poster.
logo.png & 400x400_1313424028920-RMBSlogosquare.jpg are two example logos that we like in terms of the font and general style. We would want the logo to be and eps/AI file that has editable text and not just outlines for the font. (Prize: 100)

Create Print and Packaging by Dmgrapx
Description
We currently have a label designed for our turmeric elixir product Synchro Gold (http://www.synchrogold.com)
This design was done in-house and it looks pretty good, but we want it to look awesome.
We want this label to look well thought out and have the "pop" that only comes with truly professional work. That's where you guys come in.
The fundamental assets of the label should remain. The rounded rectangle shape is also used on our other product (Synchro Genesis) and we'd like this to be a constant throughout all future products.
However, the relative size of these elements could change. As an example: you could make the rounded rectangle longer/bigger and eliminate the wordmark and logo at the bottom.
Texture, background images, borders, colors, accents - all these are in play. Make something awesome.
Currently, the bottle is blue glass, but brown glass is also an option if you think it will look better. The bottle is a 16oz "Boston Round".
We seal the bottles with a gold shrink band.
Gloss and matte are both options for printing, we'd like to hear your opinion on which you think will look better for your design. (Prize: 125)

I need a logo for a new initiative we are kicking off called "One Week to Solo." The ONE WEEK TO SOLO will provide three lucky participants the opportunity to learn how to fly an airplane. They will, over the course of one week, learn all they need to pilot an airplane by themselves in a Solo Flight. Their training will be documented by camera crews that will follow them as they progress. Footage will be edited and released in serial form as internet videos for the purpose of illustrating how fun and easy it can be to learn to fly. 6 Vector Icons and a Vector Production Line Banner/Mural by knowlem
Part A - I am looking for 6 vector icons presented elegantly to represent 6 stages of activity on a production line
At each stage it would be good to have a person in the icon, not a machine, as this is about the people in the factory on the line.
1 - a person learning knowledge, information, facts, actions, tasks of working on the line
2 - a person doing the activity, practical, actually experiencing the line
3 - a person doing something slightly different on the line, perhaps doing more than the others, to represent someone with a lot of experience or know how on the line
4 - a person with a checklist / monitoring production, perhaps monitoring packaging, the output of the line i.e. the cube/hexagon off the line being packed along a conveyer belt
5 - a manager talking to another in an office
6 - a boardroom of people seeing a presentation
For inspiration please look at this link http://www.123rf.com/photo_13855097_different-kind-of-business-and-industry-icons-icon-set.html where Stoyan has created a great 3d effect, and shadow effect for the icons. Dont have to be the same, but I am looking for elegant quality.
Our brand uses hexagons, and mid-grey tones with orange f99818 or sometimes orange fbb040, but you can use complimentary colours to make it look good. If it looks good you can frame the icons inside a hexagon?!
Part B
A landscape banner/mural that shows a mid-grey colour production line and packing line in a factory with all 6 stages above represented, and then using the icons above as callouts to the activity taking place on the line with the colour palette you have picked. It must compliment the style of the 3d style icon vector in part A and show machinary and conveyor belts and packing etc so it is obvious it is a production line. It will then be used as a banner on the web page, and on branded packaging to show a production line from start to finish, so simple and eye catching but telling a story is key.
I imagine the production line vector in the middle, and callouts from each activity going on along the production line, from 1 on the left to 6 on the top right so the reader is taken on the journey left to right.
Icon 5 would work in the background, showing a manager talking in an office at the back
Icon 6 would work in the top right background showing a boardroom at the back of the production line
As it is possible to draw a 3 sided cube that also looks like a hexagon this could be what the output along the production line, so it looks like a box, and it would be good to show the journey of component parts being made up to make the hex/box.
This is a really important part of our new brand, so please take time to complete. If you want to submit work in progress or ideas that I can feedback on that is fine with me, I will reject if it doesn't fit. I am available on email for more information etc.
