Realization of a tennis logo following precise guidelines by gregoiregentil
The objective of this contest is to realize a logo following some precise guidelines. The idea is to include the logo name ("IN or OUT") on a tennis red clay background. A very rough example is provided in the image "roughdraft.png". The target is to reach an effect similar to "example1.jpg" which is a real photo. The logo name should be painted as a tennis line on the red clay court background. The ball should seem real like on the red clay ground.
The guidelines are the following:
- The logo should be designed as a photoshop file, 1080p format.
- The background should be red clay. The 1080p background is provided in "background.png". For reference, it's extracted from background0_original.JPG so (without any resize). This should give you an idea of the size of the clay.
- The perspective of the image should be a front view. Right now, the background.png has a slight elusive perspective. We will see if it needs to be corrected or it can be left unchanged.
- The key work of the contest is to incrust the logo name "IN or OUT" in white in the red clay like if it were painted as a court line. The objective is to have something very similar to "example1.jpg", "example2.jpg" or "example3.jpg". Those photos are real and the city names have been painted on the court. The incrustation should feel real. For instance, you might want to have a few tiny dirts of red clay on the white logo name portion (see "example2.jpg"). See the court line in "background0_original.JPG".
- The upper/lower case of the logo name "IN or OUT" should be respected. The font can be Arial Black or any better font that would give a better look similar to the examples.
- It would be better if the logo name can be a text layer in Photoshop with all the necessary effects to provide the required illusion of the incrustation. A rasterization of the text layer is less optimal but it will be acceptable if it's an absolute requirement for the perfect illusion. In such case, all the steps accomplished on the rasterized text layer would have to be written down in a word document so that it can be reproduced.
- The dot of the "I" should be a tennis ball. It should be a real tennis ball on the red clay.The effect should be similar to the "I" of Madrid in "example1.jpg". It's better if there is no brand name on the tennis ball. The real size of the tennis ball dictates the size of the name. (Prize: 25)
